Our upstairs cafe has plenty of space to play whilst you are having a relaxing bite to eat.
Serving good coffee, delicious cakes by ‘homemade’, snacks and freshly made sandwiches.
We have lego tables, magnet tiles, crafts, jixels and more……. Grab a tray and play at the table or meet some friends on one of our specially made games tables.
We have board games to keep the grown-ups entertained as well!!
All our toys are chosen to inspire learning in Science, technology, engineering and maths!!
Family Cafe Opening Hours
On occasions we do hold parties in our upstairs family cafe space which may men we have to close it for a couple of hours. Keep your eye out on social media and our website for live updates
Rules of play
Who is it for?
This space is set up with curious kids aged 4+ in mind. However the whole family is welcome, but please ensure that under 3s are supervised at all times as there are small objects and toys accessible.
Choose it, Use it, Put it away
We want our family cafe to be enjoyed by everyone, so please be respectful of the toys and other people.
Choose it: Choose any of our toys or games to play with
Use it: Play on one of our special games tables or grab a tray and play at your table
Put it away: When you have finished with it, please put it back so some one else can enjoy it
No Booking required
There is no need to book in advance for our family cafe, but please note that access to our role play area is not included and needs to be booked separately.
