Little Foxes Play Town ( takes all necessary measures to ensure confidentiality of information, both paper and electronic, required for the operation of our business.  We will act responsibly and with due care when handling all personal data.

What Information Do We Collect:

When you book via our website, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, email address, phone number and credit card/payment details. We’ll use this information for purposes, such as, to:

– Send you information about your booking
– Respond to your requests
– Process payments and prevent fraud
– Comply with any legal obligations we have, such as calculating taxes
– Send you marketing messages, if you choose to receive them

We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for the purposes for which we collect and use it, and we are not legally required to continue to keep it.

When you send us an email, or contact us by telephone, Little Foxes Play Town may store the inquiries and their contents.  This may include creating a paper customer record, to be held onsite in the form of a booking credit, party booking or Annual Pass.

When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Little Foxes Play Town does not hold any credit/debit card information.

Who on our team has access

Members of our team have access to the information you provide us. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:

Order information like what was booked, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
Customer information like your name, email address, and billing.

Our team members have access to this information to help fulfill orders and support you.

Secure Payments

Online payments are securely processed by our payment gateway, Stripe via Woocommerce.

When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Stripe, a global payments provider, are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the highest level of certification available in the payments industry.

PCI requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Card details are not handled by our server, and cannot be stored by us. Both our website and any information transmitted between your web browser and Woocommerce/Stripe uses modern security to protect your details and payment information.

Our Ticket Booking System software is provided by Event Manager For Woocommerce and operates in accordance with Woocommerce payment systems.

Contact forms

Little Foxes Play Town may keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes, but do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes, unless agreed by you when selecting the ‘I want to hear about Little Foxes Playtown Events & offers’ checkbox provided.

Why Do We Collect This Information?

•        To process your booking and to secure your space on one of our play sessions, enabling us to operate visitor capacity limits.

•        We use your email address to send you a booking confirmation, or to respond to your queries. For those who have subscribed to our mailing list, we will also periodically send you details of offers and promotions, but you may unsubscribe at any time.

•        To create a register of those attending a play session in order to comply with health & safety fire regulations.

•        Your telephone number or email address may be used to contact you in the unlikely event of cancelling a play session.

•        We collect other basic information when you interact with our website that assists us with understanding where our customers are visiting from, return visitors, and other such information for internal business reporting.

Lawful Basis For Processing Data – Consent

How do you get my consent?

When you provide us with personal information to complete a booking transaction, you tick a check box giving your consent for us to store and use your data in accordance with this privacy policy.  When you email or telephone us to make a booking, your request for us to process your transaction gives consent for us to collect and use your data for that purpose only.

Sharing Your Personal Information

Customer records are are visible to our booking system provider for the purposes of providing our services to you.  We will not share your personal information outside of the parties stated above, unless required by law.

Sale of the Business

Little Foxes Play Town reserve the right to transfer information (including your Personal Data) to a third party in the event of a sale, merger, liquidation, receivership or transfer of all or substantially all of the assets of our company provided that the third party agrees to adhere to the terms of our Privacy Policy and provided that the third party only uses your Personal Data for the purposes that you provided it to us. You will be notified in the event of any such transfer and you will be given an opportunity to opt-out.

How Long We Keep Your Information:

Customer records are kept for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have a right to be forgotten and can contact us at any time to request that your data be removed from our systems.

CCTV is deleted after 21 days, unless required by law or for insurance purposes to be downloaded and retained as evidence.


For the safety and security of our visitors we have CCTV cameras in operation 24hrs a day. CCTV monitoring on our premises is for security and training purposes only and is limited to uses that do not violate the individual’s reasonable expectation to privacy. We will not disclose to any third party, footage of our visitors unless required by law or for insurance purposes.

Social Media/ Advertising

On occasions, where written consent is obtained, we may take photographs to promote the business on social media and other advertising platforms.  Consent will be stored at the premises for 12 months and then destroyed.


To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

You can write to us at any time to get a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
